Legal Authorisation
For house treatment plants of up to 50 people equivalents, System S&P® provides the required documents for the legal authorization in the European market. Markets outside the E.U. benefit as well, due to both the legal authorization and the special experience in the field of environmental engineering from System S&P®. The basis of the authorization is represented by the official authorization license no. Z-55.5-49 of the “Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik, Berlin”. Beginning with the end of 2004, license Z-55.5-49 will be replaced by the European license.
To clarify, the documents, consisting of comments, design, and drawing sets, are submitted directly to the German customers of System S&P® in five document sets. These are then to be signed and forwarded to the official legal authorities. This service is generally already included in the price for house wastewater treatment plants.
